Service Description

The parties will be required to equally pay a retainer fee that will be set out in the agreement to mediate. Hourly Rate: $700.00 per hour. -Half day (3 hours): $2,100.00 -Full day (6 hours): $4,200.00 Disbursements such as the Costs of room rentals for in person attendances and court reporting services will be added on to the overall cost of the mediation. In addition, there will be administration costs such as printing, courier, docu sign and other processing costs. HST is in addition to all fees and disbursements. Any cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled service are subject to a $2,100.00 late cancellation fee plus the costs of any disbursements already incurred for this service.
